My second experience at ray-an hotel.

This is my second time choosing ray-an Rayan Hotel to stay, almost an year apart. I revisited because of all the good amenities and conveniences. The pool is good and they have installed roof tents to save you from scorching heat of the noon, if you wish to swim at those times (pool entry from 10am to 7pm). This time around though i felt the Rayan Hotel is getting sloppy. Attention to details are poor and the management isn’t solving or improving the quality of the room and its furnitures. Parking is available and the staffs did a great job handling and guiding towards it but the parking slots in itself is inconvenient because of how narrow and congested it is. They blocked the exit, so we have to reroute using the entry as an exit point and because of my cluelessness and narrowness of the exit, i scratched my car on my way out. (apparently the walls have numerous scratches on them, assuming it was mishaps from the previous guests. But still i would recommend ray-an Rayan Hotel to anyone who needs a comfortable accommodation on a budget. Hope they consider this review and try to do better.

Yes the room service were very pathetic when we request just two paper glasses for that they ask us call different extension number even after maid those till i vacate the room no one responded even check out time they didn't ask also very bad service front office and hospitality.

We stayed here for 13 nights and it is a pretty good Rayan Hotel. The only problem we faced was wifi, wifi was not working most of the time other than that everything was up to the mark
