Very accommodating and the lodging was clean and well kept. I wasn't 't all thrilled by the bagged breakfast items and we chose to pay and eat in the restaurant.

Travel Month: Jan 2025Rachel was amazing! Upon entering the room all the drawers were open. Door to the room was open like pending an inspection. Tv had no signal. Then the power went off & on. Then went off completely the entire night. It was a light snow. Had an horrible night.

Travel Month: Jan 2025This was my second time staying at this hotel. I have taken other trips to Brunswick and stayed elsewhere. At this point this hotel is my favorite in Brunswick. I totally recommend this location.
Travel Month: Jan 2025just few minutes before leave the hotel my luggage was stolen at the hotel parking lot. we put the bags in the car and went in for breakfast and check out and when we went out all the bags were gone.

Travel Month: Dec 2024I rate my one night stay as poor because the Internet was down at checking. As a consequence of it, didn’t get my room key at checking. Every time I had to go back to the room, an employee had to open it for me. No Internet access either during my stay.
Travel Month: Nov 2024This was a less expensive choice for our travel day to St. Simmons. The kids loved our room and the breakfast. We think we might switch next year to the Home2 on Jekyl for our beach trip but will use this again for our travel day.

Travel Month: Oct 2024A great facility. We had a great room and everything was perfect. However the next morning's "included" breakfast was way below what one would expect from a lesser hotel chain let alone Hilton. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the silly layout of the dining area...it made no sense. After the poor breakfast we went to our room and found that we couldn't get in, had to go to the front desk and found there was a computer error of some kind . The clerk was less than apologetic and was only concerned that we knew it wasn't her fault.
