Our stay was an overnight stay in Hempstead the room was in fair condition and cleaned but I did wipe it down myself, The problem we had was the people above us they got really noisy about 10:00 at night I couldn't take it anymore so I called front desk about 10:40 they did call them because about 10 minutes later they did get quiet but although they did get up about five the next morning being noisy again until they checked out, we got up and left about 8:00 am. But overall it was an okay hotel.

It was terrible. At check in, the lady at the desk was not really friendly or give any information on anything. During the middle of night my husband had to bang on the ceiling to get the people upstairs to quit stomping around. The man in the room next to us was snoring so loud it sounded like he was in the room with us. My husband couldn’t take it anymore and went to sleep in our truck. The furniture in the room was old and broken. The bathroom door frame looked like it had been kicked in. The towels and wash cloths were see through and looked dirty.

We were treated as if we were prisoners here. The owner of the hotel just walked into our room uninvited. They talked down to us as if we were stupid. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I specifically asked for an ADA room but didn't get one. At check in, the lady said they don't have those type of rooms. The owners walk around and stare at people. Several people said they'll never stay here again and neither will I. And if Hotels.com doesn't start reviewing these places then I will start using another service.

Our towels had hair all over them. Room didn't have a remote for TV. The bathroom was good they had bars so my husband could use the bathroom.

Room was clean and AC worked. One lamp didnt work but was just missing a bulb. Sheetrock need repair in a few spots. Overall for the price well worth it. I just needed a place to sleep comfortably aa d inexpensively. It fit my needs.

Perfect hotel and accommodations. I had my bike with me for a Saturday morning ride (Pedaling the Prairie). At check-in staff was able to put me in a ground floor room. Plenty of fast food options nearby. Will definitely stay here next time I need a Hempstead hotel.

The walkup check-in window is out-doors---not good when checking in at night--especially for women. Need walk-in lobby to check in/register. The room was clean. However the bed was extremely hard and lumpy feeling the springs. Pillows were flat flat flat. Constantly heard walking from second floor and thumping noise from ceiling and walls. Other than the bed and constant noise (thin walls/ceiling), I'll book again but will bring my personal head and body pillows for sleeping plus earplugs. Staff very pleasant and efficient with check-in and check-out.

I had read some reviews saying there were bugs so I truly looked for them. None found. Room was mostly clean. Staff was kind. Price was great. Bed was ok. Walls are thin. Overall not bad. Be prepared for the weather at check-in you are outside.

My room had insects- cockroaches, beetles, and spiders behind doors and furniture. There was also a dried up piece of fruit near the tv when I walked in. Couldn’t tell if it was a plum or a shriveled olive.

Very nice. Better than I expected. Only thing I think that could be better is the hospitality not saying it was bad but I could improve. Respectfully. Be more welcoming more up lifting, but other than that it was great.

Overall, the hotel was clean. It had been remodeled. There was no toilet paper. The major issues were: 1) The office was kept locked for COVID still and they made you use the window. 2) Their WiFi internet was nonfunctional and they couldn't do anything.
