This property is located at the heart of Hanoi in Ma May street. Everything is near whether you want to eat, drink, party, try egg coffee etc etc. The property is very near and clean and gives a french colonial look as if you are staying in a french palace. We booked a VIP room and it was spacious. Staff is very warm, they keep checking with you, and take care of each and every need of yours. Breakfast was yum😋and the best thing to start your day with i had a great time there.

the Matilda Boutique Hotel And Spa Hanoi staff was so amazing and so soft spoken persons. we checked at 3'o clock in the night but they make sure we have eaten something and gives us some food to eat before we checked in our room. Then on small request they changed our room next day and gives us a bigger and beautiful room even though we payed for the standard room. I will definitely recommend this Matilda Boutique Hotel And Spa Hanoi to everyone.

The stay was comfortable as we have booked the biggest room they have to offer. Vip room with balcony. The location of the Matilda Boutique Hotel And Spa Hanoi is perfect if you want to explore things by walking as it is in the heart of the old quarter. The staff was helpful and gave good suggestions to explore the places nearby. As it is located on the main street so might be noisy sometimes but that also has its own fun.

Pros: he services were good, staff was really helpful. They were waiting for us even till late night and guided us regarding booking of our ninh bin h trip. Cons: the room size was a little small than expected. Breakfast: if you are a pure veggie (even no eggs, you have bread , fruits and juice as option.

I have booked vip room. It's very big. Room is very clean and they clean it everyday. Breakfast is good they arrange local day tour for you if interested with minimum and discounted fair. Worth staying here as all attractions are neaby

Overall happy with the stay, as it's located right in the middle of old quarter and everything is walkable from there. Rooms were neat and clean. Very very few options for vegetarians for breakfast.
