We had the pleasure of staying at novotel suites, hanoi, for three days. The location, while quieter and less bustling than the old quarters, offers a peaceful alternative if you prefer a more relaxed and less crowded setting. The property itself is well-situated with decent infrastructure. However, we did encounter some communication challenges with the front desk, as their proficiency in english was limited. This led to some difficulties in managing our expectations and the hotel’s commitments. Thankfully, mr. Thuy, the front desk manager, stepped in and resolved the situation efficiently. His dedication and customer-centric approach went above and beyond our expectations, making our stay much more enjoyable. Mr. Thy is truly an asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this property, largely due to mr. Thuy's exceptional service. Suggestion: the hotel could consider offering more continental or indian cuisine options to better cater to international travelers, who may find it challenging to adapt to an entirely oriental menu.

We had the pleasure of staying at novotel suites, hanoi, for three days. The location, while quieter and less bustling than the old quarters, offers a peaceful alternative if you prefer a more relaxed and less crowded setting. The property itself is well-situated with decent infrastructure. However, we did encounter some communication challenges with the front desk, as their proficiency in english was limited. This led to some difficulties in managing our expectations and the Novotel Suites Hanoi’s commitments. Thankfully, mr. Thuy, the front desk manager, stepped in and resolved the situation efficiently. His dedication and customer-centric approach went above and beyond our expectations, making our stay much more enjoyable. Mr. Thy is truly an asset to the Novotel Suites Hanoi. I highly recommend this property, largely due to mr. Thuy's exceptional service. Suggestion: the Novotel Suites Hanoi could consider offering more continental or indian cuisine options to better cater to international travelers, who may find it challenging to adapt to an entirely oriental menu.
