Very nice. All as displayed. Well situated. Had a good stay. Would recommend. Just no toiletries since that's not in line with hk law it seems.

Hot water is not available in the room which I stayed. Receptionist are really helpful. Even if you paid in online, they will ask 500 hongkong dollar deposit. This money you will get when you are checkout. Awesome places.

It was a tough experience with mingle star rooms are very congested specially bathroom are very unplanned over all its very difficult to stay you can't free your arms in the room. Location is good surrounded shopping restaurants WiFi is good.

Very bad staff and very bad rooms. The front office staff was extremely arrogant. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Only good thing was a good proximity to the MTR metro station. That made it very approachable to reach other parts of the city.
