Propert location is good, but property needs maintenance .. my room has a faulty bed making noise, sofa legs are broken, handle of bathroom and balcony are broken, one day fan stopped working …. Though few things were corrected but regular check up and maintenance will give Customer a pleasant stay without bothering about correcting them…. Seems like ur at home and have manage all these faulty things on your own

i had a wonderful experience at elite in hotel. from the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. the location was perfect — close to major attractions and great dining options, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. i especially appreciated the excellent room service and the delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of fresh options. overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with exceptional service.

This was my 5th time visit to this hotel, comparatively this time stay was not satisfactory, management is changed this time and they need to learn how to fulfill guest s needs, we have paid money for 3 members to stay n for food, but they provided bathroom items like soap shampoo for only 1 person, towels were not clean, intercom phone was not working, overall stay was better before but this time it was not good, not satisfactory
