Below 3. (2.5) Room where having two Bed Connected to give double bed., AC remote not there., even when asked to give at reception, they give weird reply. Hot water not properly coming in Bathrooms. 1.first when I did check in no electricity in room for long time 2.i asked for room service they denied roughly when I asked reason so called manager over he said it's my choice 3.Bed matrices was torn and spring oot of it it so risky 4.No water bottle no dental kit in room 5.No hot water in room Overall my experience was horrible I'm not recommend this hotel to any one it's my second time experience

The hotel stay was terrible, hot water not coming, in the morning there is no water in the bathroom. The question was asked in reception, they were not cooperative. Hotels charge for drinking water bottles. The food we have ordered for breakfast is not up to the mark. Poha was ordered and it was found very spicy. No towels provided. Not recommended. Excellent Stay
Excellent service, comfortable stay, very good food with quick service from the kitchen, easy access to toll road and nearby Nasik city, tourist spots and the airport, hygienic and clean rooms and premises. Owner Mr. Ashok gives personal attention to make sure the customer feels like home. Staff is very polite, family friendly with all amenities and reasonably priced.

Best food best staff & excellent view from terrace & big rooms. Surely try there maharashtrain style thali. If group stay they have dorm style rooms too

There was electricity issues. No complementary water, no restaurant. Door was not getting locked properly. Room size was good and neat.

Make my trip is running a hand in gloves fraud with hotel ashwin, wherein the hotel shown to user is different when compared with the hotel actually booked. We booked ashwin group hotel for nashik city location however we were given booking for ashwin group hotel 26 kms outside nashik. Further, to aggravate the situation, hotel manager is pathetic and ignorant to customer request. The whole hotel was empty, hotel manager refused to arrange an extra blanked to address the cold. Hotel manager refused to provide the complementary water bottle. To summarise the hotel location and staff is pathetic. Make my trip is ruining its reputation with such scams.

Poor Stay
The hotel is not on point. There is a lack of directions for the guest entrance and parking. The rooms seem to be equipped with key cards but some doors still need keys as the key card does not work. The ac's are old, the bed and bed linens are sub par at best. We had to get in touch with the house keeping team (1-2 people strong only) to get pillows in our room. There is no water given, a jug is placed with 2 glasses and even that was empty. The water closet was leaking and resulted in a stench throughout the bathroom. There was no intercom so the only way to notify the staff was to leave your room and find them at the reception. I could not wait to check out of the property. Done.

Although wifi was included in the plan, the router was not working. Room key was kept at the reception and wasn't handed over to us. Water bottles were charged. Not a good hotel.
