Hotel location was OK but water hearter not working, wi fi also not working. Other facility were OK, location of hotel is good, room cleaning well maintain, behaviour of crew was good, problem is only wi fi one.

The hotel location is good. It is near shopping area. Monorail station Imbi is close by. The staff was courteous. The room was spacious, clean and adequate. Just one thing, it is suggested that hotel provides more vegetarian options for breakfast.

Luckly I check with hotel after placed booking at Make My Trip. There is no my booking details on the system. I have contact Make My trip regarding to the booking and finally I am directly solve the problem with hotel. Fast check in and check out. I book for 4 person and the room come with one queen bed and one single bed, it is impossible that 4 people used for one queen + one single. The contact hotel, they agree add 1 extra bed for me without any charge. It is very bad that mid night got car keep hon. Make me cannot sleep and the hotel phone was automatic rang on mid night. So funny anyway, stay here for call down on Christmas evening and near Bukit Bintang. Back to hotel on 2 am no need worry LRT. The breakfast RM11 is very less choice and not prefer buy for hotel breakfast. Better eat KFC. Only mee siam, bubur, mee , nasi goreng and drink n egg always "out of stock".
