Manager changed the booked hotel toa cheaper hotel which is very dirty.

We booked the same hotel, but when we arrived there, manager telling no room, and he carry us to another cheap hotel.. The hotel we get is very very cheaper and unclean. We cant sleep for 2 days. The bathroom and toilet is very small. The hotels name is pilgrim, its near the hotel i booked. There is no centralised ac and only split ac that not working well, and there is a wall fan in the room. There is no hair drier, no coffee items or sugar in room. Cheapest of cheapest room we get there. The bed and towels are very dirty and not usable, we buy new towel for use. Its first time we got this. have photos of the hotel i stayed.

Initially they gave us a different smaller room which we did not book, but then they quickly corrected their oversight and gave us the right room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best we had on our vietnam trip. There is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs if your room is up on the 5th floor. They also arrange group tours and airport cabs so you can check with them. There is a language barrier with a few of the staff but they really make up for it by being super helpful.

Initially they gave us a different smaller room which we did not book, but then they quickly corrected their oversight and gave us the right room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best we had on our vietnam trip. There is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs if your room is up on the 5th floor. They also arrange group tours and airport cabs so you can check with them. There is a language barrier with a few of the staff but they really make up for it by being super helpful.
