But it seems the same issues never got reported when our Front Desk Manager Mr Manoj had met you in the room when you wanted a change citing no reason whatsoever but remarking something strange as vibes were not there. We requested you to change the room, but you declined. On the contrary you had approached the Make My Trip customer support for a full refund, which is against the policy after having unfounded and ingenuine issues at the time of reporting and we had politely refused to grant such request as we offered to change in case of genuine issues and since the check in process was already done and the room was occupied we could not proceed further.
