Experience was not good in the washroom. The wash basin in the bathing area. The faucet is not giving the cold water. It's extremely hot. We got literally burned while bathing my wife and my kid got extremely hurt from that as well. Apart from that, we have a bad experience with the lift as well when we are going from the ground floor to the fourth floor, where we stayed the lift suddenly stuck at the third floor, and the gate got stuck to my wife's shoulder when she was trying to go out, and then, after that, the staff tried resting us, but they couldn't help us, and they can't open the lake from the outside using the key since I worked in one of the elevator company before, so I tried opening it and from inside and then we got rescued, but after that. But after that, when we informed the hotel reception area and the management about that during the conversation, it came up like they're pretending. It's not a very big thing that happened, and it's a normal casual thing. It can happen as a human being. Our emotions were hurt because of this. The reason is when only your family members get you stuck in this kind of serious than you actually care or you failed to understand that my kid was just two and half year old. He was having panic issues after getting stuck in the lift for almost eight minutes, fourteen seconds, it was not a very good experience at all. After that, when I tried getting the escalation, I couldn't get it smoothly. I have to keep insisting. I I am not at all liking the experience of the or estate. The hotel staff tried tried doing their best at various level, but you know when somebody get stuck into the lift, it should not come up like this that it's not a big thing and all.
