Property is extremely good very much spacious, neat and clean, covers all the basic amenities, staff is very much polite. Management was good since check-in took only 2-3 mins. The only challenge is room service since the property is purely managed by female staff. But I feel you guys should have male staff for room service.

Very poor service and breakfast was not good (Not any fixed menu). The breakfast experience was very poor. Restaurant dinner service is very slow. I booked Premier Suites but room service also not available. Room condition is not good. Restaurant lunch time yesterday night food provided. Not value for money.

I had booked Royal Suite but there is nothing Royal about it. No dental kit, no toiletries basic to any property to be called resort. Having breakfast here is like going to any food-starved area where people are snatching food from each other. Hotel management cannot assess how many guests are and accordingly breakfast to be prepared. Overall poor experience.

The restaurant service was too late ,each time we needed to wait for the rotis to come ,and there was no room service either for food. The breakfast was terrible with no options except upma. We booked for 7 members but upon reaching they told us a mattress will be given for only 1 extra member.

This property should not be called resort. It can be compared any cheap lodge you find opposite to Busstand or Railway Station. Though I had booked Royal Suite but there is nothing Royal about it. Hospitality and Customer Service is misnomer here. If you are having breakfast here then you will realize how food is snatched and grabbed as restaurant cannot assess quantity of the food to be served for 20+ guests. With one cook the whole management is big mess-up and full of mismanagement. I won't recommend this MTDC property in Ch Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). Unfortunately I did not take photos.

The rooms are recently renovated. Decent rooms. New furniture, TV, small fridge, bed, mirrors, buckets etc. bedsheets and towels are new, clean and stainless, odourless. AC is new and in very good condition. But property maintenance is not good. The staff has a typical government attitude. Kitchen is very mediocre. The breakfast was included in the room rent but lacked variety. Not even a coffee. Only poha or upma. The property is big and has a nice garden on campus. The rooms are quite spacious. If the staff is more professional, this will be one of the best value for money places. I will stay here again as long as the property is new.
